Shipping policy
Curl Flip accepts orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and observed holidays. The cutoff time for shipping on business days is noon CST. Any orders placed after 12 PM Monday through Friday will be processed the next business day.
Orders with a billing address different from the shipping address are subject to review. You will receive an email with additional details if your order is flagged for review.
Order Processing & Shipping
After your order is processed, which typically takes 2–5 business days, it will be shipped via USPS. The shipping time will depend on the method you select at checkout and may vary by state. Most domestic orders with standard shipping arrive within 2–7 business days.
All orders are shipped from Florissant, MO.
Once an order is shipped through USPS, they are responsible for prompt and trouble-free delivery. While unexpected issues can occasionally arise, most customer orders arrive on time without any problems.
Please note that during peak seasons, such as fall and the holiday season, USPS may experience delays beyond our control. We will do our best to ensure your order reaches your doorstep quickly.
Order Edits and Merging Policy
We understand that sometimes changes need to be made after placing an order. Here’s how we handle edits and merging:
Order Edits
If you forget to add an item to your order, no need to place a new order! Simply reach out to us, and we’ll adjust or add the item to your existing order as long as it has not shipped yet.
Order Merging
While we cannot merge orders once they are placed, we can combine them during fulfillment if you have multiple orders.
Once combined, any remaining shipping balance will be added to your customer profile for future use. Please note: refunds will not be issued for the remaining shipping balance.
Shipping Rates
USPS shipping rates are based on the weight of your package and the shipping zip code.
Damaged items
We take great care in packing all our items to prevent them from cracking or breaking during shipping. However, we cannot guarantee that packages will be handled with the same level of care in transit. Therefore, we are not liable for any damages that occur during shipping.
If your item arrives broken or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours. Be sure to include photos of the damage in your email to helllo@curlflip.com. We will work with you to arrange a replacement. We kindly ask that you do not file a claim with USPS.

Delivered And Not Received
If your item has been marked as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking with your neighbors and/or your leasing office for your package. Additionally, please contact your local USPS office (not regional) within 48 hours of the marked delivery date. Most missing packages are located when immediate action is taken.
Do not file a claim with USPS at this time.
Before we can resolve the issue, please wait six business days from the delivery date, as your package may still arrive. After the 6th business day, feel free to contact us at hello@curlflip.com, and we will assist you in resolving this issue. Rest assured, it will be resolved.
Refunds or replacements will not be issued if you contact us 30 days after delivery. You will have to file a personal claim with USPS.
Incorrect Address
If you realize you have provided the wrong shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible so we can update your address before your item(s) are shipped. Our processing times can be quick, so reaching out promptly is important.
If it’s too late to change your address, you can contact USPS to request an interception of the package.
Please note that if your order is returned to sender, you will receive a refund for the products only; shipping costs are non-refundable. We are not responsible for items sent to the wrong address, so it's essential to ensure your address is correct. If your items are shipped to the wrong address and not retrieved, no refund or replacement will be issued.
Can you hold my package?
In the event that you are unable to receive your package due to being out of town or any other reason, please submit a request via USPS to have your mail held by your local post office for your desired time frame and delivery at a later date.
