Curl Flip accepts orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Business days are Monday-Friday, with no weekends or observed holidays. Business day shipping cut-off is 2 pm CST. All orders placed after 2 pm, Mon-Friday the next business day will be it's first.
Orders that have a billing address different from the shipping address are subject to review. If your order is flagged for review, you will receive an email with further details.
Order Processing & Shipping
After orders undergo our 2-5 business day processing, orders are then shipped via USPS. Shipping time depends on the shipping method chosen at check out and varies by state. Most orders arrive within 2-7 business days for domestic orders.
All orders are created and shipped from Florissant, MO.
Once an order is shipped through USPS, it’s up to them to make the delivery happen quickly and without any hitches. Sometimes, the unexpected does happen, but most of the time, customer orders arrive on time with zero problems.
*Please be advised that during peak seasons (fall/holiday season), USPS may experience delays that are out of our control. We will do our best to make sure your order makes it to your doorstep.
USPS shipping rates are determined by the weight of your order and shipping zip code. Due to the high risk of lost packages, Curl Flip does not ship USPS Ground Shipping. All packages come equipped with tracking and insurance so that we may be able to ship out replacements in the event your package is lost due to USPS. Please wait up to 10 business days after the delivery date or last tracking update before reporting missing packages.
We do our best to pack all of our items so that they do not get cracked or broken during the shipping process. Unfortunately, we can not guarantee packages will be handled with the same care during transit. We are not liable for damages done to packages during transit. However, we will work with you to get your package replaced. In the event your item(s) arrives broken or damaged, you have 24 hours to contact us with photos of the damage via email at email@example.com.
If you wish to opt-out of a replacement, please note customers are responsible for return shipping costs if you wish to return your damaged items for a refund.
Lost or stolen packages
Curl Flip is not responsible for packages lost or stolen. If your item has been marked delivered, we advise checking with neighbors or leasing offices for your package. You may also contact USPS regarding the whereabouts of your package.
If, in fact, your package is lost or stolen, please wait 10 business days from the delivery date before contacting us, as USPS often marks packages delivered that may still be on their way.
After the 10 business days, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will see what we can do about sending out a replacement however, there is no guarantee.
*Please note customers are responsible for the shipping cost of all replacements.
*Unfortunately, USPS will not allow you to file a claim as they have fulfilled their duty to deliver the package. You will need to file a complaint with the US Postal Inspector that investigates mail theft and file a police report with your local police department to notify them of the theft.
File a Mail Theft Complaint
If you notice you have provided the wrong shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can update your address before your item(s) are shipped. Sometimes our processing can be pretty quick in the event it is too late to change your address, you may contact USPS to intercept a package.
**We are not responsible for items shipped to the wrong address, so please ensure your address is correct. If your items are shipped to the wrong address and not retrieved, no refund will be issued.**
In the event, you are unable to receive your package due to being out of town or any other reason, please submit a request via USPS to have your mail held by your local post office for your desired time frame and for delivery at a later date.
