Returns & Cancellations

We do not accept exchanges. However, we do accept returns within 72 hours of delivery for any unopened or unused items. Returns are eligible for store credit only, and customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

To initiate a return, please email us at Hello@CurlFlip.com within 72 hours of the delivery date. Please include your name, email, and order number. After 72 hours, orders are no longer eligible for return.

Once your return request is approved, you will have  7 postal business days (Monday to Saturday) to send the tracking information. If tracking is not received within 7 postal business days, the return will be voided and any incoming packages will be returned to sender.

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive store credit for the item(s) only (original shipping fees are not included).

📦 Important:
Please email us the return tracking number so we can verify and monitor your return. We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages. If your return is lost in transit or delivered incorrectly, you’ll need to file a claim with the carrier to receive a refund for the items. Insuring your return is recommended, but not required.

Order Cancellations

We ship quickly! If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you have 12 hours from the time of purchase to cancel it. If canceled in time, your refund will be processed and should appear in your account within 2–7 business days.

After 12 hours, orders are no longer eligible for cancellation.
