We do not accept exchanges. However, we do accept returns within 72 hours of delivery for any unopened or unused items. Returns are eligible for store credit only, and customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

To initiate a return, please email us at Hello@CurlFlip.com within 72 hours of the delivery date. Please include your name, email, and order number. After 72 hours, orders are no longer eligible for return.

Once your return request is approved, you will have  7 postal business days (Monday to Saturday) to send the tracking information. If tracking is not received within 7 postal business days, the return will be voided and any incoming packages will be returned to sender.

The Jersey Wraps are made with a more breathable, lighter weight ribbed jersey fabric. While the regular stretch wraps are made with a 4 way stretch buttery soft fabric.

The original stretch wraps are 20" x 70", and the MINIS are 17" x 60". The size is the only difference. They both feature the same minimal to no slip ot tension feature.

YES! The Wrap MINI's are perfect for kids ages 5 and up.

All wraps and butta bands are machine washable. For best results, wash them on a delicate cycle or hand-wash using a mild detergent. You can tumble dry them on low heat or hang them to dry. To ensure the best cleaning and avoid any bleeding or fading, it's recommended to wash this fabric only with similar colors.
